Do I get a canvassing map?
No — we don't sell one at any tier: no homeowner contact lists or door-knocking lead lists, canvassing territory, routes or per-state map packages, nationwide contractor map subscriptions. The map you get free is the event map on your own report, plotted around the address you looked up. The storm-day map pages open at a regional view for every visitor; street-level zoom on those pages unlocks for Pro accounts (site admin, a paid contractor plan, or an active Team/Firm subscription). What we sell is the storm record, not somebody's front door.
What does the $9.95 report not include?
It buys one source-cited storm-history PDF for one address, and nothing else. It is not a subscription, it does not unlock street-level zoom on the storm-day map pages, and it comes with no lead data or contact information. If you need repeat volume, that's Team ($49/mo) or Firm ($199/mo).
Is a paid Pro Individual monthly plan live?
No. Individual Stripe billing is not wired. Creating a free account gets you into the pro dashboard during beta. Team ($49/mo) and Firm ($199/mo) are the live paid subscriptions with real report quotas.
What's the difference between free Pro access and Team ($49)?
Free Pro is a solo beta account. Team is a paid Stripe plan with a monthly PDF quota (25/mo), audit log expectations for adjusting firms, and overage at $9.95. Use Team when you need predictable volume and billing.
What happens if I exceed my Team or Firm quota?
Overage routes through the $9.95 retail flow — same source data, same PDF format. No surprise auto-charge against your subscription; you pay-as-you-go for the additional reports just like a non-subscriber would.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period (no proration). One-off reports come with a 24-hour no-questions full refund — see /refund-policy.
Do I need volume pricing for more than 150 reports/month?
Yes. Email hello@myhailscore.com — we'll quote a single-billing enterprise plan, white-label option, or API-only access without the report quota.
What about insurance carriers and software platforms?
Carrier and platform integrations use our /api/v1 endpoints with separate volume pricing. See /for-carriers for portfolio-sweep details.
Every plan uses the same NOAA-cited dataset: NOAA Storm Events Database, NCEP MRMS live radar, NEXRAD SWDI archives, SPC Local Storm Reports, NWS Active Alerts. The score is methodology-versioned and reproducible. Read the methodology paper.
