Add it to your pre-offer checklist

  1. Step 1

    Enter the address

    Type the property address into the search on the HailScore™ homepage and pick it from the suggestions. It also asks roof age and roof type — choose “I don't know” rather than guess.

  2. Step 2

    Review the storm history

    Read the score, how many hail events are on record near the property, and the largest hail size. Tap a report on the map to see its date, size and distance.

  3. Step 3

    Bring questions to the inspection

    Share what you found with your buyer and their roof inspector: which storms were reported nearby, and when. The inspection tells you the roof's condition. The hail history can't.

Save up to 25 addresses. During hail season (April–September), we email you when radar estimates hail of 1″ or larger within about 1.25 miles of one of them.
